Identifier: Residential panel styles. This guide compares a family or related models. Use the exact configuration on your label.
Models covered: Classic Panel, Flush Panel, Long Carriage Panel, Raised Steel Panel, Ranch Panel, Recessed Long Panel, Short Panel Carriage. They are separate configurations; compare the applicable facts and documents below.
Other listed names: Long Panel Carriage. A shared marketing name does not establish an identical package or revision.
A style name such as Classic Panel or Ranch Panel is not an insulation code. Their pages separately list construction blocks; the table below records the blocks actually reviewed for each style.
ThermoGuard uses a two-inch polyurethane core construction. ThermoSteel is two-inch polystyrene, while TS-138 is 1-3/8-inch polystyrene. Series 24 distinguishes T-Bond insulation from plain steel.
The Short Panel Carriage and Recessed Long Panel pages expressly exclude steel window sections from their U-factor qualification. Keep glazing and section construction in the match; appearance alone cannot settle thermal performance.
The resource library says Long Carriage Panel while the product page says Long Panel Carriage. Both pointers are retained for the same documented style; other names remain separate style members.
