This inspection/repair program is limited to specified Sears Craftsman openers operating swinging or sliding garage doors in Puerto Rico that were not installed by a Sears-authorized installer. The notice expressly excludes overhead doors; the model prefixes are patterns, not a list of exact interchangeable models.
