Serial and revision scopeHistorical Plexline owner manual. Ordering requires the installed door serial; engineering changes can change fitted parts. Left and right use the manual's front view. Per-door wiring and matching controller/door serials remain required. Warranty pages are historical conditional notices, not present entitlement. No PL5000/PL5500 family expansion from warranty headings.
Selection boundaryComplete bottom bars and both seal/edge assemblies require the door serial. LH/RH and stainless reference numbers are separate configurations. R1200127-0 identifies the breakaway tab; it does not prove a universal bottom-bar fit. The drawing does not establish installed hardware quantities or instructions for safety-edge servicing.
Loop seal and reversing edgeThe yellow vinyl loop and enclosed rubber reversing edge are distinct components. The rear wireless antenna corresponds to a mobile unit and access plate on the rear of the bottom bar; the manual does not permit assuming a front relocation is equivalent.

Reversing-edge switch roleThe described pneumatic reversing-edge switch is in the bottom bar on the side opposite the drive motor. Its contact is normally open. A role and contact state do not identify a replacement ordering number.

Breakaway switch roleThe described pneumatic breakaway kill switch is on the motor side of the bottom bar and has a normally closed contact. It detects bottom-bar separation from a side column. It is a distinct role from the reversing-edge switch; no interchangeability is established.
