Detection-system scopeThe described retrofit combines cover-mounted and jamb-mounted SmartSurround pairs with an Advanced3 track pair. A shared system name does not identify the exact length, transmitter, receiver or ordering number.
Controller prerequisiteAn installed expansion card requires Rytec technical-support review before this standard retrofit proceeds. An older COMM board and a clear controller-board position are different starting conditions.
