Marantec / Garage door opener / Family guide
Match six Synergy identifiers to their series manuals and check the conditions for adding maveo.
Identifier: Synergy 200 / 300. This guide compares a family or related models. Use the exact configuration on your label.
Models covered: 260, 270, 280, 360, 370, 380. They are separate configurations; compare the applicable facts and documents below.
Marantec now links a combined Synergy 200/300 manual, printed 09/2026, that names all six models. It also retains the separate 260/270/280 and 360/370/380 manuals, printed 12-16-2021, under their model headings. Match the installed generation when choosing instructions.
Marantec says maveo unattended operation applies to listed units made after March 1, 2022, unless the product indicates otherwise. Earlier units require a control-board upgrade. Have the production date and installed board checked before choosing an upgrade.
The current product comparisons cover 270/280 and 370/380. Their specifications are not assigned to 260 or 360. The 300-series page gives inconsistent speed figures, so a single maximum speed is not stated here.
